I have CX File Explorer and it lets me stream files I have on my TV's google drive. But it won't show folders that have been shared with this account.
Is there an app that will let me achieve this?

kodi has a google drive plugin, I'm not sure if it will list drives shared with you, but it cant hurt to try: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=324784
You could try to sideload the google drive APK, and see if that allows you to play the files, though i would think you may need a mouse or equivalent
