Best Budget Android TV Box?

Do you guys have suggestions? Currently using Chromecast FullHD and i would like to be able to stream 4K Youtube and local FullHD/4K video files.

Others will talk about what the CCwGTV can't do or just that it's good but I'll give you my list:

  • Budget-Friendly (compared to say Nvidia's offerings)
  • Fast (compared to entire FireTV lineup, not the same as ATV, but it's still a matter for consideration)
  • Works with Common Apps (Hulu, Prime, Netflix)

What I'd like to see in the future is Android 11/12 (they might just skip 11 for CCwGTV) and browser support, but other than that, it doesn't get much better than what it is at the moment.
