I doubt an Android TV could encode video live, even if you could get around the DRM (the sports game isn't going to want you broadcasting their content without paying).
Used to be able to shadow play and stream on the shield but they removed it long ago.
Are you having iPhone or android device? If iPhone, you could try some apps with air play
