HELP. This is consistently happening when I stream/cast. Figured it’s an internet issue, but not sure. Happening on my Sony 900e and Nvidia shield.

There is an update for the Chromecast built-in rolling out under version 1.52.246969, make sure that's the one installed, otherwise wait for it and test it again.

Shields have totally replaced htpcs, they just work, so it doesn't matter if they aren't as flexible as a PC...
