Couple days ago I buy Toshiba 32LA2063DG. There is Android 9 on him and I didnt find on Toshiba site my model or anything on web where I can download update.
Some OEMs are jumping directly to Android 11 while others will update to 10, however, there isn't any information as of yet about who will update first nor if they are already working on such updates, you'll have to wait and see.
