Bluetooth controllers not working right with hisense 55h8g?

Hi. I just got my hisense 55h8g and have been trying to use bluetooth controllers, eventually hoping to play retroarch.

Ps4 controller: kinda works, does triple inputs or no inputs frequently, unusable.

Xbox one controller: does not show up to pair with the tv.

Switch pro controller: same as ps4 controller.

Has anyone had any experience with this? I turned off wifi hoping it was interfering, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Same problem here. Just got the TV today and no luck. The same Switch pro controller does work on my kids 24" fire TV, but not on my Hisense TV. Disappointing, I really wanted to play some Ocarina of Time on this thing.

I got a different model but same problem. 70A6G. PS4 controller struggles to connect and when it does there is either very bad lag or multiple button inputs. Steel Series Stratus XL also has a hard time connecting. It seems to work mostly once I get it connected but I have to re-pair every time the controller goes to sleep.

Too bad because I really like the TV otherwise.
