How do I add streaming services to my Google account?

I'm from India and I got the new Android TV redesign today. In the Discover tab, the only service I get recommendations from is Prime Video. I tried to add more services but only Prime shows up in that list. What should I do?

Edit: I just realised that I didn't get any redesign. I connected it to US VPN when I switched on my TV and it showed me the new homescreen. After I disconnected, it reverted back.

How did you received the new Google TV?? Which TV are you using? Do you use any VPN?

Connect to US via VPN and you'll be able to select more streaming services.

If you have a discover tab it is most probably the new android tv which is called Google TV now. You have to use a vpn to get USA apps.
