I keep getting the error message, "We're sorry, something went wrong," and I'm not sure what I should/could be doing differently. Please help me get this figured out. I'm trying to install it to a Shield TV.

I've installed the amazon app store, but it doesn't change the error message at all. FWIW, that link is for an old post, but it didn't work when I tried it years ago either. There have been a couple updates to ID Go, I believe.
It's probably a DRM issue adn noting can be done about it. They don't intend for the apps to work on devices other than the Fire TV. You may need to look for a modded version.
