Google TV now says limited network access. All other wireless devices connected and working fine. But all 3 google tv (chromecast +google TV) say "limited connection" and no apps work.

Did you try forgetting the network and reconnecting
what's your current router?
Just to rule it out, I had to check my bandwidth frequency on my new router. I had set it to auto, and my mibox would not stay connected. I set it to 20mhz, and it's worked fine since.
