I have an LG 47G2 Google TV running Android 4. I was wondering if I could update the TV to Android 11 via an OTA. Is this possible? I can't update it via Settings because it shows up in search but doesn't show up in the Options menu?

It's completely impossible to update to Android TV 11.
LG has abandoned the old Google TV and is not using its own OS (WebOS) for its TVs.
I'd say just buy a Dongle or a Set-top box (Roku, new Chromecast, Fire TV, etc).
Just get yourself a Chromecast With Google TV. It's the most up to date Android TV device.
