Is there a thing that lets you connect multiple HDMI devices to a single HDMI port on a TV? And can you connect both an Android TV device and Roku player to a single HDMI port on a TV via this?

Check on Amazon, there ae  a whole bunch from which to choose, HDMI Switch with Remote.  If you are going to be across the room from your TV be sure to choose one with a remote, to be able to switch ports from the convenience of your chair or bed!  Quality of picture is not diminished.  Just be sure to choose one with all of the features that you would like for it to play.

hdmi switch I recommend looking for one that states 4k@60hz if you have a 4k tv

HDMI switch. There are automatic ones and ones with a remote, but I recommend one with a remote as the auto-sensing can be problematic with things like Amazon firestick.
