I have a MI Box 4k (indian unit of MI Box S) and i have the remote and a spare controller, so please suggest accordingly.
Currently I am obsessed with BB Racing (Premium), Riptide GP2, Badland (Premium) and Death Road To Canada.
If you have some suggestions for single player games for my controller, that would be helpful too but please specify the type and requirement.

You should install a Dreamcast emulator, the system had tons of great multiplayer games for up to 4-player. Some that I can recommend:
Power Stone 2 (3D SSBB)
Gauntlet Legends
Chu Chu Rocket
Unreal Tournament
San Francisco Rush 2049
Virtua Tennis 1 & 2
Bomberman Online
Looney Tunes Space Race (Mario Kart clone)
Wacky Races (another MK clone, better than LT IMO)
Re-Volt
Armada
It also has several sports titles, and of course some superb single player games. It's the one emulated system you should get up and running, the most powerful the average Android box can run without issues.
Of course you also have a lot of great multiplayer games on N64 and PSX. Neo Geo had some great fighting games and, of course, Metal Slug. And dont forget arcade games.
Beach buggy racing, but its paid and requires two game controller.
