TCL Android TV ignoring Assistant commands

I seen few people with similar issue but no solution. Commands like turn off, turn on or open some app are ignored, but I see my tv in Google Home app when it is playing something and I can control volume but thats all I can do.

Does anybody figured it why it is doing? I disabled optimalisation and sleep on all google apps but it didnt help

Mine has been glitchy. My TCL 6 I use a Google TV Chromecast but my bedroom TCL 4 is Android tv & has been buggy

Make sure Assistant settings for the TCL are all enabled

Same with me,and my model is 32A5,i been discovered the problem is,because the remote control,i try to use the mic from my phone using app Android TV that work perfectly fine,maybe just Change your remote control to the service center while it is still under warranty
