None of these Chinese devices with RockChip SOCs will pass Widevine L1, so you'll be restricted to SD resolutions in Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime even if you manage to get them sideloaded and running in the first place.

Get a real AndroidTV box, like e.g. the 2019 Shield Pro.

You need a certified android TV box, not a box with android mobile on.
