Is anyone else having the closed captioning come on by itself on videos at random? Sometimes I'll start a video and I'll have to turn off the closed captioning because it's turned itself on.
I've noticed it started doing this in the past month and it's driving me crazy. It doesn't always happen on every video, or a specific channel.
I've looked through the settings in the application and there's not anything that I can find. Any help anyone can provide will ease my sanity lol.
Edit: forgot to mention I'm using a Sony Bravia XBR X900E
That must be a setting of the TV you need to look for since CC on apps are just an specific subtitle you must select on each video, for example, on US Netflix you can select english subtitles but they are actually CC and not regular ones.
YouTube doesn't support CC per se but just subtitles made by the creator of the channel in particular, so maybe that's what you see, could you share an screenshot?
