So I'm having an issue with the kids profile on the Chromecast with google TV. We setup a kids profile and it seemed easy enough. So after we try to find something the screen keeps showing what looks like a dark profile with greyed out boxes, then cuts back to the kids profile. It does this over, and over and over with no end as far was we can tell. Has anyone had this issue? If so how did you fix it? I would love for the kids to have profiles but this is a big pain in the butt.
I posted about this same problem a few days ago.
My answer from Google was "we don't know what's going on" "you'll find out if it gets fixed when an update fixes it."
So, it'll work again when they feel like investing time and money into fixing it.
