Some of the videos I watch from my Extrnal Hard Drive use cody have low Fram Rate.
I think it becouse they are so huge and need to be converted to smaller videos.
What setting I should use?
I know how to convert I just need the right bitrate for 1080p videos to work right.
or is there another way?
I have a chromecast with Google tv. I installed Kodi on this. I have stored movies on my nas. They all play fine. X264. I don't think it has to convert anything.
Mi box s, mi stick and pretty much any shitty smartv or tvbox with android tv should play x265 1080p videos just fine.
What device are you using?
Kodi will play anything I throw at it on my Shields & other devices.
The issue is likely your device, not Kodi itself.
