How to enable USB debugging in TATA sky Binge plus Android Box?

I have tried the standard step I. E Developer options - - > USB Debugging option ( But it's grayed out)

I'm unable to turn the USB Debugging Button ON.

It also has an interesting option of "Make this device USB host"

Ports on Box:- USB 2.0, ethernet

Goal :- Uninstall System app called "Binge+"

Tried to ROOT device using "KINGO root" but failed..

Step 1 REMOVE kingo root. Step 2 Try restting it.

Can u get an apk of Tatasky binge and use USB to download it on a TV?
