Use VPN of USA, UK, or any other supported country. It changes automatically. If I turn off VPN, it goes to old interface after some time.
I had accidently switched my VPN to Germany and got the new UI. Suddenly the new UI disappeared when I switched to another country..
It's 100% server side controlled. Both UI are living within the exact same app package. Once the switch has been flipped, there is no going back.
As /u/virmele suggested, you might be able to confuse the server switch by VPNing your way into an unsupported country for a while, but I imagine even that will not work for long as the new UI will rollout across all territories.
