Get Yt Kids on CCwGTV to recognize my premium account

YouTube Kids on CCwGTV shows ads even though i have YouTube Premium. YouTube recognizes this, but not YouTube Kids. How can i get it to recognize my premium status? Note that YouTube Kids is on a separate kids CCwGTV profile, if that matters.

I am in the same situation, and reached out to Google support to ask about this, and it turns out it doesn't work. YT Kids will show ads regardless of whether you have a premium account or not.

Just another instance of Google dropping the ball on the end user experience. I ended up resorting to just giving my kids the normal YT app and setting it to the most restrictive settings. Not great, but the best I could do.

Did they say that was only on CCwGTV. We never see ads in YouTube Kids. on any other devices.

Did you try it on your regular account. It may be a problem with the profile.
