TCL stuck on Android animation (4 dots)?

Hi having issues with my 32inch TCL model 32S615. I was using it last night and clicked on the google App Store to download an app, it’s since been stuck on the android animation. Iv tried everything ….. unplugged it…..called the support line etc but nothing working. It always just reboots with the TCL logo then boom straight back onto the animation. Any fixes ?

EDIT: Solved under warranty. Part of the motherboard was broken.

Just factory reset it. Plenty of guides available how to do that

It was probably updating. It happens to me and it takes a while to start up but it eventually does, but since you unplugged it while it was doing some update process you might have left it in a boot loop. Next time just let it do its thing.

Mean while try this:

  1. Using a straightened paper clip or ball-point pen, press and hold the recessed RESET button on the TV connector panel.
  2. Continue to hold the RESET button for approximately 12 seconds.When the reset cycle completes, the status indicator comes on dim.
  3. Release the RESET button. The TV is now powered off.
  4. Turn on the TV and proceed through Guided Setup.
