Enabling Hands free Ok Google (Google Assistant)

How do I enable hands free Okay Google support on my Android tv box?

I've tried starting the Google app activities (handsfree dialog etc.)

I've tried installing / downgrading the Google app

Searched Google 20 or so times to no avail..

System info: Certified Android TV 8.0 ;

4GB RAM,32 GB Storage, Processor - Amlogic S905x2

Widevine L3, Netflix supports 480p

The only Android TV box that supports "OK Google" detection is the Mecool KA2 or called the Mecool NOW.........

Is that a Mecool KM9 Pro? I would start by upgrading to AndroidTV 10 ; since it is one of the only 2 boxes to have ever received such an update.

On the other hand, note that this pathetic company is providing its official upgrades via flocking MEGA, which is laughable.

Maybe that will enable the Ok Google enrollment; who knows.
