Good thinking right there. Why should anyone believe updates are meant to improve anything?

The best strategy is always the following:

1. Complain about the lack of updates
2. Never trust any update;
3. Let other people to test updates for you
4. If anything breaks, complain about those pesky updates
5. Repeat rhetoric until it becomes a fact.

Bonus points if you be very vocal about each point on as many platforms as possible.
