Euro 2020 4K BBC iPlayer

Anyone having issues with this? 4k content will not play on my Phillips 43PUS8505 and I am getting the below error"

Something went wrong playing this programme. 02100

This is usually a temporary problem. It if continues, here are some things to try:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Change the video quality in settings

All other content plays fine and the tv is listed as compatible here.

Frustrating to say the least.

I have the same issue. I use more than one vpn service. One service has the same error but only with the 4K stream. The HD stream works fine. The other service works with the 4K but it stop and starts continually. I’m going to try some other VPN’s.

Are you using a non-UK IP address? You can get that error code when it's a geoblocking issue.
