Hello, I just got one of the 29.99 on android tv box from Walmart and set up went well but not every time I restart it, the language changes to Chinese, any one else having this problem? Any suggestions on fixing this?

Is it running official android tv? Or just android in a box?
A common problem when setting up HDMI-CEC for the first time.
Go to settings -> device preferences -> HDMI-CEC and turn OFF the last option about the language thing.
if you don't find the HDMI-CEC option under device preferences, then look for a "droid settings" or "advanced settings".
