Can i connect my android phone cam as webcam for Android tv?

Hi there,

I have Sony bravia android tv.

I managed to make my android phone cam as an IP cam and webcam for windows.

I was also able to view my phone cam as an ip cam on the TV.

Can i do the same on Android TV?

Edit: To clarify things up, I need to use my phone camera as a webcam for Android tv apps like Google Duo.
