That's the new Android TV UI that looks similar to Google TV but the "just sometimes when I return to the classic AndroidTV Launcher" can be due to you using a VPN. Since this new update is not available in all countries yet, switching to a VPN that’s maybe in the US can cause this to happen. But turning off the VPN, restarting the TV and waiting for a while would revert it back. If this is the new default regardless of not having a VPN, then you can go to
Settings>Apps>System Apps>Android TV Home>Uninstall updates
and back to system apps and navigate to Android TV Core Services and Uninstall updates there as well to revert to the usual UI.
If you want to prevent this from happening in the future, you can navigate the Google Play Store and navigate to the settings tab and turn off auto-updates. This will prevent the UI from updating itself in the future but you will have to manually update other apps by yourself.
same but when i liked this thing so i deleted the google tv and this update got deleted as well :( idk how to do it again i installed google tv and its still not working
Just a question, how do you activated it? Using VPN? I'm from Brazil (which I presume you are for the portuguese UI), and I need to use VPN to use it
That's the latest Android TV UI. Most or many existing devices have been updated to it.
