PIA app log in issue on Shield Android TV

Hi

I have been auto logged out of the PIA app on my shield Android TV and now having difficulty logging back in.

I have the latest version of the PIA app installed (3.11.4). When I press the ‘log in’ button the app does not perform any action. Rather it freezes causing me to force close the app. The ‘subscribe now’ button works perfectly which prompts me to buy a subscription through google play store (I don’t need this option as I already have a active subscription)

I can successfully log in to my iOS mobile app and widows desktop app. Just having difficulty logging in to the Android app on Shield TV.

Any help or advice is most welcome.

Uninstall and reinstall, throw in a restart or two of the shield while doing it. Try it then.

ICYMI: PIA VPN was bought by a shady Israeli company, Kape Tech , a few years ago.. they also own CyberGhost.

Cancelled my sub the day it happened.
