I was using it a couple hours ago without issues but now every video i try is just a black screen. Can't select quality, can't press play there's just no video at all. The suggestions and thumbnails and all that work fine, just not the videos themselves.
I tried rebooting the tv but no luck. The official YouTube app is working fine. App is the latest version (11.46) and was working great but maybe google messed with something again?
Came here to see this. I was using it fine a while ago then black screen. So it's not just me.

You should join the conversation on GitHub and hope the developer responds as there is nothing that can be done here.
This is pretty much a daily thing now. I'm not sure what's going on but it's become fairly unusable
Also didn't worked for me, but I updated and it works now.
It's as if seemingly no one reads the changlelog before updating..?
It's only said since v11.28 to not update if you're currently happy with the performance of said version you already have installed.
EDIT: Doesn't say as much anymore since v11.47 IME.
Was working fine for me awhile ago also, then just suddenly quit working. Don't know why smart YouTube tv works fine but smart tube next breaks every other week.
