So midway through the year, what non Shield $200 box would you recommend to a regular person? Something stable and just works.

Chromecast with Google TV, Nokia Streaming Box 8000, Skyworth Leap-S1 (regardless whether sold under their own Strong brand or as "Mecool KM2").
I have a Fire stick plugged into my Nebula Capsule II (only for Netflix; I use the projector's native Android TV otherwise) and the whole Amazon skin is very annoying (so many bullshit ads and recommendations of things that are not even available in my area).
