A Firestick 4K is a great option for the price and will stream anything. If you want Android TV then Chromecast with Google TV is a good choice. If money is no object get a Nvidia Shield. Mecool also makes some nice Android TV boxes.

I recently tried the Tivo Stream 4k and you an get it for $30 from their website. It's pretty close to Vanilla and can be almost entirely De-TiVo'd. I like their remote too. It's a pretty good device for that price and then you're not stuck in Roku or Firestick territory.
