Hi,

I have been trying to connect my Logitech F170 gamepad by plugging in the wireless receiver dongle into the USB port of my Realme android TV. But unfortunately, it is not getting detected by the system. I tried plugging re-plugging, TV switch on and off with dongle plugged and all these repeatedly several times. But somehow there is no positive outcome. What is surprising is that Logitech wireless mouse that I have instantly works when I plug in it's dongle into the USB port, no issues there. The Logitech website says the gamepad would work for all Android TVs but somehow I am unable to get it to work. Can someone let me know what the issue maybe? Any solutions to this plz.......
