FIFA 21 through stadia gets you 4K through Shield (with a sub) or 4K upscaling (using 2019 models). Runs 60fps.
FIFA 22 comes out in day and date as other platforms also, on Stadia.
Natively you can run FIFA 16 Android port (which has controller support)
Or FIFA 14 through PPSSPP which is an embarrassment, and the Android port p*sses all over it.
If you don't need the most recent FIFA you can also play FIFA '14 through PPSSPP emulator.
e: '14, not '19. Was confusing it with PS3.
