I have a wifi led strip that is plugged into my tv, but the USB power turns on and off with the tvs blinking light. Is there a way to have constant power to the led strip while the TV is in sleep mode?

The TV would have to have a built-in setting to keep USB-ports powered On, search every tab of the settings; my TV (not TCL) has the setting to do this but that setting is buried deep in the OS, had to open several tabs under settings to find it.
