Hint it's not a thing
With the exception of the very recent (yesterday) relase of a exploit-based script to unlock the Google TV device.( Some older models anyways). Expect all Android TVs to have locked bootloaders. And no most likely you cannot unlock them., Nor is there custom roms for them..
If you look at xda's Android TV modding community, there really is nothing there..
