Hi All,

This is the second time that I experience this, only the voice button works on the remote, all buttons are not working, currently im using android home remote app to control the tv

I already tried replacing the batteries and still not working, before it just works again but now i’d like to have a personal fix on this, any help is greatly appreciated

UPDATE: new os upgrade fixes the remote
