How can I tell if I'm seeing HDR ?

I have a 4K HDR video and my TV Specifications say that it supports HDR10. Is there any way to confirm that I'm actually watching the video in HDR.

Your tv will display a notification if your video is in hdr

Check on the internet if your TV model gives a notification. If not, You can Play a HDR video on Netflix or Prime Video and then access settings over it and turn off HDR option in settings and see if it changes the picture.
