I can not acces settings in my TV. The name of TV is VIVAX everytime i go to settings it doesnt open i would like to factory reset it but im not able to access setings. Is there a way to factory reset with an usb or something?

I have no idea but it would be funny if it was hold down power and volume down at the same time.
