I keep getting this issue where they my remote keeps disconnecting from my onn. 4K. I think it is unpairing because it flashes red (indicating buttons are being pushed) instead of flashing green. Not sure if I got a bad unit or this is common.
Is anyone else having issues were their onn. Remote randomly disconnects (unpairs?) to the box?
Ok, there is a serious issue on some remote control connection probably related to a hardware failure when disconnecting doesn't resolve with factory reset and unable to pair is almost fixed. Fortunately most of the regular TV remote control these days can control Onn box through CEC feature. Alternatively you can pair it with Google Home remote control on android phones.
Yes, it autoreconnects in a minute or two.
