What is the best android tv box around 60 euros

I'm thinking of buying a android tv box, now I use the in build android tv, i'll use it for video files from my 128gb usb drive, my buget is around 60 euros.

There is no "best" box for under 60€, you put a budget limit criteria and you will get a budget device that cuts corners somewhere to get that low price.

Knowing what I know now I would not get a box with less than 4 gigs of ram. That probably excludes every box since they cost slightly more.

I have a Xiaomi Mi box. It's around that 60 euro mark. It has decent performance for streaming, don't know how it performs with the USB though. The interface it's faster then my Philips tv android.
