Disney+ sounds hollow/tinny on my Android TV

So, i have a Hitachi Android TV, it has a 4K UHD screen, so naturally I watch content in 4K. I've noticed Disney+ sounds really hollow when watching 4K content, and this sound issue is resolved when streaming in the lowest quality (SD). Is there any fix to this? I'm not going to stream content at SD quality just so the sound is good, but i don't know how else to fix the sound issue.

You are using TV sound? Make sure any surround sound settings are turned off. D+ may be trying to send a surround sound signal that the TV can't handle properly.

That's a common problem with multichannel audio when it needs to be downmixed to stereo, it always get downmixed with a low volume, that's why Netflix has a separate stereo audio option to avoid this problem, I dunno why the rest of streaming services don't follow this simple rule.
