What does the perfect android box mean to you?

by UKSnowolf

Let's face it, there's alot to choose from.

Every review site has their own take on things, the pros and cons.

I'm interested in what you guys have to say. I don't work for or manufacture any device, but I am doing some research.

You have the premium devices that just cost that little bit too much, you have the other end of the spectrum with the iffy OS.

Does the perfect android device allready exist? Are you excited for anything new? Gamer and need that mean gpu for emulation? Vulcan support? Or just a watcher, needing that Widevine l1 for that juicy 4k stream on Netflix?

Let's see what people think.

Edit; Thank you kind strangers for my first awards! :)

I want something like a Shield with a current generation snapdragon SoC, minimum of 8GB of RAM, and a better remote with guaranteed updates for 5 years.

Confident-Effort-103

Nvidia Shield at 69,99$ 🤣

Jaiden051

The Shield

It has no bugs like the mi box It's not built into a TV Has tonsssssss of software support Powerful 4K HDR, Dolby vision and all that Good remote

But if you want a stock experience go for the Chromecast

Stock Google TV Has tonsssssss of software support Not very powerful 4k HDR and blah blah blah Remote is solid

Main-Mammoth

The box that gets updates for the longest amount of time and can manage 4k content and UI seamlessly with the least amount of power draw.

Until you don't have to cast or side load apps, there will never be a perfect android box.
