Although you can use any UVC compliant webcam, there is an issue with them on Android TV, you see, Google started to support webcams on Android TV with Android 9, BUT, the OS is unable to detect the microphone so you won't be heard by the other party when you make a videocall, HOWEVER, there are some Logitech models that work, presumably because Google gave support directly in Google Duo, a recommended model is the C270, it's a 720p model but it does the job done.

There is a bug report at the Google's Issue Tracker website where you can share your experience with this in the hope that Google finally fixes this inconvenience.
