Noob question. I have 4k Dolby atmos file in my PC. How do I stream it to my google tv?

Plex or Emby might be the most intuitive if this is something new to you. Kodi is a good choice but may be more of difficult set up as you need to share folders from Windows.

I'd suggest installing kodi, then sharing the movies folder then browsing smb from kodi.

With any of the suggestions other have posted just keep in mind if it is a Blu-ray rip you will loose Atmos.  The CCwGTV can not pass Dolby TrueHD.
