Just pondering how/why for actual use cases seeing as it's a fullscreen app, wouldn't you be better off just plugging a hdmi google cast/tv or whatever into the monitor? If it has a spare HDMI port I suppose.. splitter?

Windows 11 will have native'ish Android support, but for now you need something like Bluestacks.

Do you mean Android player?if so you might want to check out Bluestacks.

Download Android Studio. There will be an option thru the menus for emulator. Create an Android TV emulator. You are all set.
