I just received my MECOOL KM6 Deluxe box 5 days ago and I find out that the device will not awake from sleep/suspend mode with the remote control and it won’t power on with a remote, I tried leaving emails to Mecool’s official website requesting a firmware update but they haven’t responded in 3 days. Has anyone had a issue like this? Thanks in advance!
You're wasting your time, they may be the best OEM when it comes to launching new devices every year BUT they are still the worst when it comes to release firmware updates to fix bugs and issues.
You have two options, to keep trying to get in contact with them or ask for a refund, I really don't want to recommend them anymore but what I'm going to do from now on is to warn those who wish to buy them.
