No analog output on Mecool KM2

I owned a "Wetek" and a "Mecool KIII Pro" with "Android OS". I was able to have simultaneously audio output thru HDMI, S/PDIF and analog jack output. Now I have a "Mecool Km2" with "Android TV" but I can't get sound thru analog jack output in any way. I only can hear some sound just when system is booting, but after that, only have sound thru HDMI and S/PDIF.

Anyone got to have sound thru analog output??? Please, how did you get it? I'm mad about this issue and have not reply from Mecool. Is maybe related to "Android TV" working mode?

I’m having the same problem no sound coming out of the box rebooted the box my TV speakers I have sound because I can go into the android TV play YouTube and sound works

Yeah don’t buy there products l. I have bought 2 boxes from them,there support are awful I don’t know how they can do business with the public maybe, when word gets around people will understand.I can get sound if I plug it into my TV in living room with the soundbar it works ,but I’m not buying a soundbar just for my TV on the bedroom, F**** them i will not buy there products again Mecool u suck

Well folks i tried with a optical cable wired to the back of my TV and from KM2 no sound,but if I bring it to my living room TV it has sound coming out my soundbar.I will never buy another product from them. Support is awful Iv'e sent them 2 emails in the past 3 days still no response F***** them
