So I understand that the Amazon Prime Video app is a problematic one. I'm having an issue where, when I open the app and try to play a video, it will try loading it for about 30 seconds then say an error occurred. I'll have to kill the app, then reopen it. The problem typically comes back the following day.
Does anyone else often have a problem with it like this?

yeah it happens on my shield tv pro. in my case it's because of auto-refresh rate switching.
