This is a media player or YouTube? I saw this with YouTube, and a change of video quality would fix it. Happened with live channels for me.

The stickers are clearly causing the problem. Remove them, try a new HDMi cable and that might work

If this is on YouTube the issue is related to some live streams using the VP9 codec, make sure you report the issue at the YouTube Feedback website.

Remove the stickers please. Maybe codec is not compatible? Or corrupt file?
