Hi all. I have a Xiaomi TV stick connected to my non smart TV. The tv stick runs on Android. This morning it is having issues connecting to my WiFi. I decided to do a factory reset and do a complete setup again. I cannot complete the setup as it still does not connect to the WiFi. All other devices in the house in use are connected and running just fine.
Has anyone had this issue before, any advice.on how to fix this issue? Thank you

Try changing the channel on your router, use a channel seeker app to see which channels are not congested... And if the router is near by, change your router or sometimes routers allow multiple ssids, use a 5ghz signal range, that helped me, also if yours has a hdmi dongle extender use that, somehow there might be some interference if plugged directly into TV hdmi so the extender somehow seems to help with those drop connections.
Did you manually set the time on the android? If so, turn it back to auto. Idk why, but I had the same problem the other day, had no idea the two were connected!
It happens unexpected few times.. restart the stick.. connect manually.. else restart router.. restart stick..connect.. just trial and error..
